Jet Cooling Pins

 

Jet cooling pins are precision-engineered core pins (or insert pins) that integrate high-pressure cooling channels. These pins deliver rapid, localized thermal regulation directly at hot zones—such as small-diameter core pin tips—during the casting or injection molding process. This jet cooling technique significantly enhances product quality, accelerates cycle times, and minimizes typical thermal-related defects.

Cone Bushes

Cone bushes (or cone sleeves) are precisely engineered insert components used in hot-chamber die-casting machines. They are designed to fit into tapered, conically-shaped sockets within the casting machine’s body. By guiding molten metal flow and ensuring a tight, aligned fit, cone bushes help optimize casting efficiency and protect machine components from wear.

 

3D Profile Core Pins

3D Profile Core Pins are custom-engineered core components designed to impart intricate, three-dimensional internal contours within molded or cast parts. Unlike traditional cylindrical pins, these specialized inserts accurately form undercuts, curved recesses, or non-linear shapes—perfect for modern, complex part designs where precision is critical.

Front-load thread

Front-load thread pins are precision components designed with an external thread at the forward end, allowing them to be securely installed from the front (the active side) of a mold or die assembly. They serve as dependable positioning, fastening, or alignment agents, especially in scenarios where access to the rear is limited or blocked 

Ejection Pins & Sleeves

Ejector pins and sleeves are vital components in injection molding and die-casting. Ejector pins are solid rods that push parts out of the mold once they're cooled and solidified. Ejector sleeves are hollow guides that house the pins, ensuring precise movement, reducing wear, and improving ejection reliability and part quality.

Squeeze Pins & Sleeves

Squeeze pins are precision-actuated components integrated into die-casting tooling. During the solidification phase, they are mechanically pressed into selected areas of the casting cavity to apply localized pressure, effectively reducing shrinkage porosity and improving microstructural integrity and mechanical strength. These pins are guided by squeeze sleeves, which ensure precise alignment and reliable operation.
