Gating & Flow Components

Sprue Bushes

Sprue bushings (or sprue bushes) serve as the essential bridge between the injection machine nozzle and the mold cavity. Made of hardened steel or high-performance alloys, they guide and seal the flow of molten material—plastic in injection molding or metal in die casting—ensuring controlled, consistent delivery and protecting the mold components.

Sprue Rings

sprue ring—also sometimes called a register ring—is a critical alignment component in injection molding. Positioned between the molding machine and the mold, it ensures precise positioning of the mold relative to the injection unit. Typically crafted from hardened, medium-carbon steel, sprue rings help maintain consistent interface alignment and reliable operation cycle after cycle.

Spreaders

In die casting systems, sprue spreaders (also referred to as runner or constant-area spreaders) are installed within the ejector die to channel molten metal from the sprue bushing, helping distribute it evenly toward the runners and cavities.

Vacuum Filters

Vacuum filters are essential devices—common in industries from laboratories and food processing to wastewater treatment—that leverage negative pressure to separate solids from liquids or gases. By applying a vacuum, these filters accelerate filtration, improve separation efficiency, and elevate throughput where gravity-based methods fall short.
